1. The service

Shyft is provided by Unfair Advantage Marketing LLC (see imprint) to businesses, not to consumers. Once you set it live, Shyft reads spend and 7-day-click purchase value on the ad platforms you connect and, once a day, moves daily budget between them toward the better return on ad spend. It keeps the sum of the budgets it controls unchanged, moves no platform more than 20% per day, respects platform minimums, and does not create, pause or edit ads. Budgets it cannot safely change (for example lifetime budgets) are left alone and shown to you.

2. Your part

You confirm you are authorised to manage the ad accounts you connect and that changes to their daily budgets are acceptable to you within the limits above. You remain responsible for your campaigns, your total budget, your tracking and your compliance with each platform's terms. You can pause Shyft or undo its last move at any time.

3. No guaranteed results

Shyft decides on the numbers the platforms report. Those numbers can be incomplete or delayed, and past return does not guarantee future return. We do not promise any particular outcome.

4. Plans and fees

Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. The Free plan costs nothing for as long as these terms provide for it; we may change the Free plan with 30 days' notice by email. Paid plans renew for the period you chose; you can cancel at the end of any period. During early access every account is on the Free plan.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit or indirect damage. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Ending

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or a platform's terms. When an account ends, Shyft stops changing budgets and leaves them as they are.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email; continuing to use Shyft means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Contact: hello@shyftads.com.
